Data Retention
KapuHub retains personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide the Platform, complete orders and payments, meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations, or resolve disputes.
When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymise the account information that is no longer required. Order, transaction, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for up to seven years where required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate security purposes. Residual copies in operational backups are removed through our normal backup cycle within 90 days. Retained data is restricted and is not used to keep an account active.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your KapuHub account and personal data at any time. In the KapuHub app, open Profile or Account settings, select Delete Account, and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app, submit a request through our Account Deletion page, or email info@kapuhub.com from the email address connected to your account. Include your registered phone number or email address so we can verify the request.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if applicable law requires more time.
